What to do once you get your project back
Congratulations! The wait is over and you've gotten your fully built project back. Here are our suggestions on what to do next:
Our production team is made up expert tour builders, and we make sure to do stringent quality checks on your projects before sending them back to you. Despite our efforts though, sometimes lemons still slip through the cracks. That's why we would recommend making sure your tour was built properly as soon as you get it back.
On your project page, click on the published tour link or Live Preview
and check the following:
Can you navigate to all the rooms in your project?
Does your 3D model and floorplan look ok?
Were your rooms connected properly?
If you answered no to any of these questions, contact us and we'll try to resolve the issue.
Once you've assured yourself that your tour was built properly, you can go ahead and customize it further by white-labeling it, and adding labels and notes to your tour.
In your project page, you'll see a section called Published Versions. That's where you'll find the link to your published tours.
Clicking on that URL will show you your published tour. And it's possible that it'll load slowly for you, if you're located outside of North America. The production team publishes tours to the US East server by default. If you're far away from that region, the tours are going to load slowly for you.
In order to change which region your tour is published to, click on the options menu (three vertical dots next to the tour URL), then select the refresh button.:
Then you can change your published region to a closer server.
Once all that's done, you're now free to share your project with the world!
