FAQ
How do I link my Metareal tour to my Google Account?
Metareal Account and Google Account are not linked by default. When you log into your Metareal Account on our platform, the email provided, either a Google email address or another email address, is only used to authenticate you as the owner of the projects, photos and tours on Metareal Stage. Whenever you publish to GSV, you can use that same Google Account or another Google Account to log in. Note that the account you choose will be the one that has ownership of the photos.
How come I don't see the window pop up asking me to log into my Google Account?
Make sure to not have pop up blocked in your browser. This can block the access to log into your Google Account, since it should prompt a new window pop up. Also, make sure that you allow third-party apps & services in the Manage third-party apps & services to access to your account. If you remove account access from a third-party app or service, it might prevent you from signing in with your Google Account. You can also try to use another browser like Google Chrome, Brave, Safari or Firefox.
How do I link my Google Street View tour to a Google Business Listing?

Why some of my panoramas are not connected on Google Street View?

Anyone can contribute and publish to Google Maps and Google Street View so it's possible that other photographers have also publish their photos to GSV.
