Can I use smartphone with Metareal Stage?

Yes, you can capture 360 images using your smartphone and create virtual tours with Metareal. However, it'll be difficult to get good results with a standard tripod because you are unlikely to have a precise way to ensure that the phone camera is nodal-point-aligned, which is necessary to create a geometrically spherical panorama. That's why you need a specialized rotator and a wide-angle lens kit (e.g. NodalView or TheVRKit).
