Paying for processed tours

How much do you have to pay?

The processing fee depends on your subscription plan.

As an example, if you have a Professional plan, the charge is 3 Canadian Dollars per panorama. If you then submit a project with 20 panoramas for processing, you'll be charged 60 CAD for the whole tour.

When do you get charged?

For tours submitted before Nov. 16, 2020, you'll be sent an invoice 1-2 months after the project is delivered back to you, with details on how to pay for your tours.

For tours submitted on and after Nov. 16, 2020, the charge will be upfront. When you submit your tours for processing, you'll be asked for your billing details. Once the transaction is approved, your tour will be added to the production queue.
