User Tools
User tools are accessed by hovering over the hamburger menu at the top right, next to the user name and user avatar.
Crisp is our main support platform. To access it, you simply click the chatbox at the bottom right of the screen.
The billing interface shows your current subscription, the next billing date as well as your usage against your allotted storage.
Log out will sign you out of Metareal Stage and will bring you back to the log in page.
The Chat (during business hours) or Help (if nobody is online) buttons at the bottom right allow you to summon help via a chat window.
If someone is available you will be able to chat with them right away. Otherwise, leave us a message and someone will get in touch to help you as soon as possible.
