Paying for tour processing

How much do I have to pay?



The tour processing fee depends on your subscription plan and how many panos you would like to include in your tour/floorplan. Please refer to our pricing page to get the processing fee per pano for your currency & subscription plan.

When do I get charged?



For tours submitted before Nov. 16, 2020, you will be sent an invoice 1-2 months after the project is delivered back to you, with details on how to pay for your tours.

For tours submitted on and after Nov. 16, 2020, the charge will be upfront. When you submit your tours for processing, you'll be asked for your billing details. Once the transaction is approved, your tour will be added to the production queue.

Can I get a refund?



If you cancel your tour before it is accepted, we will refund your payment. Please note that it may take a few days for the cancellation to reflect on your account.

If you ask for a refund after the tour has already been accepted and in-progress, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
