Managing Projects

Thumbnail/list view

Projects can be displayed as tiles in the thumbnail view or as rows in the list view. Each project can have the following elements:

The name of the project
The snapshot of the starting location in the tour
A checkbox for selecting it
Various built-in properties (creation date, modified date, status)
User tags (custom columns) with their own sets of values

Create a new project

Create a new project by hitting on the NEW PROJECT button. This will automatically take you to the Project Dashboard of the new project.

Edit a project

To edit a project, simply hit its tile and you will be taken to the project dashboard.

Show/Hide project info

Click on SHOW/HIDE INFO, and select the values you want to see on your project browser.

Find a project

Type in whatever text you want to search for in the search bar, and hit ENTER. All projects that have that text in one of their elements will show up on your Project Browser.

Tag a project

First of all, make sure that you've created the necessary tags and values using our Tag Manager.

And you need to be in list view, and have the tag categories you want visible on your browser. Then you simply have to select one of the dropdown values you want to give your project for that category.

Delete a project

To delete a project, select the project by checking the box at the top left corner of the tile (or in the left-most column in list view).

And hit DELETE at the top left.

_Warning:_ deleting a project is a permanent operation and cannot be undone. All associated content will also be deleted. This includes tours, rooms, source images as well as published tours that belong in that project.

Alternatively, you can also hit ALL to select all projects.
