# Paying for tour processing

## How much do I have to pay?

The tour processing fee depends on your subscription plan and how many panos you would like to include in your tour/floorplan. Please refer to [our pricing page](https://www.metareal.com/?link=pricing) to get the processing fee per pano for your currency & subscription plan.

Note: Sales tax is applied to invoices according to the customer’s country and state or province, using our payment partner's constantly updated tax logic.

## When do I get charged?

 When you submit your tours for processing, you'll be asked for your billing details. Once the transaction is approved, your tour will be added to the production queue.

## Can I get a refund?

If you cancel your tour before it is accepted, we will refund your payment. Please note that it may take a few days for the cancellation to reflect on your account.

If you ask for a refund after the tour has already been accepted and in-progress, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
