# Basic vs. HQ schematic floorplans

## Basic Floorplan

### How to create:

The basic floorplan is automatically generated for every tour built with Metareal Stage, for free.

### **Features**:

*   Shows the room names and dimensions
*   Can be shown along with your tour
*   Interactive (clicking on a spot in the floorplan will take the viewer to the in-tour panoramic view from that point, can switch between floors)

*   Can be modified to show a bird's eye view render of your space (requires Professional and up subscription)

*   More stylized way to show the room names, objects, and dimensions
*   Can be shown along with your tour (will need to [import ](https://help.metareal.com/en/article/import-your-own-floorplan-185ixc6/) it first though, which requires a Professional and up subscription)
*   Less interactive (clicking on a spot in the floorplan DOES NOT take the viewer to the in-tour panoramic view from that point, but can still switch between floors in the tour)
*   Downloadable as a JPG or vectorized PDF file
